Contributing to this illustrative video on queueing theory (produced by the excellent team at The Pudding, plus the incredibly talented animator Stephanie Swart and all-around creative Uri Bram) was a new and fascinating challenge for me. While the video is intended to be understandable by a general audience, it can also be used as a teaching supplement. Check it out!
